Case

Lead-handled cases:

· Represented Xu in a contract dispute against a real estate company. Through precise analysis of the case and by means of preservation, negotiation, court hearings and repeated further negotiation, Ms. Lin ultimately persuaded the real estate company to accept a settlement and, despite its heavy debt burden, recovered properties worth RMB 130 million for the client by way of property-for-debt offset.

· Represented a party in an equity transfer contract dispute involving multiple case subjects and audit appraisals, through first instance, second instance, retrial at first instance and second instance, actively protecting the client's interests.

· Represented a defendant in a dispute over the addition of a party to a debt. The court of first instance ultimately adopted our opinion denying the addition of the party to the debt and dismissed all claims of the plaintiff.

· Represented Tang as defendant in an inheritance dispute involving 4 properties and equity in 4 companies. By rebutting each of the plaintiff's grounds of claim and collecting and adducing key evidence, the court ultimately upheld only RMB 500,000 of the opposing party's claim; after the case was concluded she implemented the inheritance arrangements and assisted the client in completing the inheritance of the 4 properties and the registration of title.

· Represented a defendant in a post-divorce property dispute involving the division of equity in several companies and the determination of equity value. The court ultimately adopted our opinion and ruled to dismiss the plaintiff's action.
