Daniel Hu graduated from the Law School of Aberdeen University (UK) with LLM of Commerce Law in 2004. He attained the certificate of Chinese Lawyer’s practice qualification in 2009. Before joining the SGLA Law Firm, Daniel worked as a partner in Boss & Young, Attorneys-at-Law, and also had practiced as in-house legal counsel for many years.
Daniel’s expertise is in foreign direct investment in China, outbound investment by Chinese companies, mergers, and acquisition, commercial contracts, corporate compliance, labor dispute, intellectual property rights, commercial arbitration, and lawsuits.
