(2) As the agent of the defendant and the appellee, representing Beijing Jingdong Century Trading Co.,Ltd. and Beijing Jingdong Century Information Technology Co.,Ltd.. in the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court and the Guangdong High People’s Court. The clients were exempted from all liabilities in the domestic factoring contract dispute against the plaintiff, the Bank of Communications Guangzhou Branch.
(3) As the agent of the appellant, representing Pearl River Film Group Co., Ltd. in contract disputes against Shuangcheng Film (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.. Although this case was lost in the first instance, the verdict was completely reversed by the Shanghai High People’s Court.
(4) As the agent of the plaintiff, the appellee and the respondent, representing Shanghai Zhuobo Industrial Co., Ltd. against Galaxy Biomedical Investment Co., Ltd. In the loan dispute.
